EU Orders - Right of Withdrawal / Cancel Your Order

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, click the link below and follow the instructions on the "Right of Withdrawal / Cancel Order" page to submit the withdrawal form.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us a clear statement by email or post indicating your decision to withdraw from the agreement, referencing your Order Number.
Use of our online withdrawal form is recommended as it enables us to process your request more efficiently, but it is not mandatory.
Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, and we will review the status of your order.
If the order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel the order and confirm the withdrawal. If the goods have already been dispatched, your withdrawal request will remain valid and you will be required to return the goods in accordance with the return procedure set out below and, where applicable, our Returns Policy.

2. Return of Goods
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw and if your goods have already been shipped, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise by us prior to purchase.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Refund
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.
However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawl
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if unsealed after delivery;
- Other products or services excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable Dutch and European consumer protection legislation.
