From our Fall-Winter 2025 season, we are delighted to share improvements to our order fulfillment and shipping process.
We are now working with specialised fulfillment partners in both the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
This not only increases efficiency and but also ensures that customers within the European Union and the United Kingdom will not incur any additional duties or taxes on their orders.
Furthermore, all deliveries across all countries will now be handled by a single, integrated courier network, providing a better and more reliable tracking experience.
We currently ship worldwide to the following 30 countries:

1. Shipping within the European Union
We currently ship to the following countries within the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
All orders from these countries will be packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner in the Netherlands. Shipments will be sent using GLS, utilising their integrated parcel delivery network across Europe.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your delivery using the GLS Website.

2. Shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and United Kingdom
Orders to these countries will be packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner in the United Kingdom.
As mentioned above, orders to the United Kingdom will not incur any additional import duties or taxes.
However, shipments to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand will bedelivered DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning the customer may be responsible for any applicable local import duties or taxes. We recommend consulting your local government’s website for details.
Shipments to the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand will be sent using EVRI.

3. Shipping to the United States, Norway (Outside of the EU) and Switzerland (Outside of the EU)
Orders to these countries will be packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner in the Netherlands.
Since these countries are outside the European Union, and to ensure convenience and faster service, all orders will be shipped via DHL Express Air, a specialist in international parcel deliveries. This is a premium delivery service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which can be used on the DHL Express Website.
All shipments to these countries will be delivered DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning the customer may be responsible for any applicable local import duties or taxes. We recommend consulting your local government’s website for details regarding these costs.

General Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have up to 14 days from the day of receiving the item to return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are returning your order from a country where a shipping label is not provided through our Returns Portal (see below), we strongly recommend using a tracked postage service. Please note that we are not responsible for any parcels lost during the return process.
All item(s) should be returned in their original condition - unworn, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. All CLÒIMH-branded labelling, including tags, must remain attached and undamaged.
Once our fulfillment partner has successfully received the returned item(s), they will inspect them in accordance with the guidelines outlined above.
After the inspection is complete, they will confirm the return, and we will process your refund. Please note that this process may take up to 10-14 days from the date the returned item(s) are received.
We reserve the right to reject any return if the item(s) show signs of wear or have been altered from their original condition.
All successfully returned item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
You will receive an automated email from us once your return has been processed. Refunds typically appear on the original payment method within 5-10 days, depending on your banking provider.

1. Return Item(s) within the European Union

As mentioned in our General Returns Policy above, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
